XGSPON ONU BOSA
It is the RoHS compliant single-fiber optical sub assembly which is designed for bi-directional FTTx applications. The device consists of two main sub-units; the 10Gb/s 1270nm DFB LD for transmitting digital (burst mode) upstream voice/data signal and the InGaAs APD-TIA for the reception of 10Gb/s digital downstream at 1577nm. The device utilizes the optical filters for splitting the beam and enhancing the optical isolation.

It is the bi-directional optical subassembly (BOSA) devices designed for 25GS-PON ONU N2 Class. A 25Gbps burst mode DFB laser operated at 1286nm is used for transmitting digital upstream voice/data signal. An InGaAs APD-TIA is adopted for the reception of 25Gbps continuous mode down stream signal at 1358nm.
