EZconn serves markets spanning 5G, IT datacom, automotive, military, energy, aerospace, broadband, healthcare, and consumer products. With over 40 years of RF connector expertise, the company is a leading provider of RF and optical communication solutions. Its new PHP 70 million facility in Batangas, Philippines, is set to begin operations in early 2025.

Established Czech subsidiary EZconn Technologies CZ s.r.o. to meet European business development needs.

Group Restructuring & Equity Acquisition
For operational development needs, conducted group organizational restructuring through 100% owned subsidiary EC-Link Technology Inc. to purchase 33.82% stake in Light-Master from ultimate parent company eGTran Corp.

CabTel Acquires 100% Ownership
CabTel Corporation invested to hold 100% of the company’s shares for international development.

Invested in Czech subsidiary EZconn Czech a.s. to expand European operations.

Cash capital increase of NT$40,000 thousand, bringing paid-in capital to NT$540,000 thousand.
Infineon Optical Division Acquisition
Acquired Infineon's optical communication division, obtaining Infineon FTTx BIDI patents and technology.
German Subsidiary Established
Invested in German subsidiary EZconn Europe GmbH to receive Infineon's optical communication division.

Invested in subsidiary EC-Link Technology Inc. (EC-Link), which then invested in Light Master Technology Inc. (Light-Master) to further invest in Guangsheng Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (Guangsheng Ningbo), establishing a production base in China.
