XGSPON ONU Tri-OSA
It is the RoHS compliant single-fiber optical subassembly which is designed for tri-directional FTTx applications. The device consists of three main sub-units; the 10Gb/s 1270nm DFB LD for transmitting digital (burst mode) upstream voice/data signal, the InGaAs APD-TIA for the reception of 10Gb/s digital downstream at 1577nm, and the analog detector (InGaAs PIN) receiving RF signal at 1550nm. The device utilizes the optical filters for splitting the beam and enhancing the optical isolation. It operates under the industrial temperature range and also meets the requirement specified in ITU-T G984.5 standard.

It is the RoHS-6/6 compliant single-fiber optical subassembly which is designed for bi-directional FTTx applications. The device consists of two main sub-units; the 10Gb/s 1270nm DFB LD for transmitting digital (burst mode) upstream voice/data signal and the InGaAs APD-TIA for the reception of 10Gb/s digital downstream at 1577nm. The device utilizes the optical filters for splitting the beam and enhancing the optical isolation. The BOSA include a OTDR light reflector.
Combo PON ONU BOSA
It is the RoHS compliant single-fiber optical subassembly which is designed for XGS-PON and G-PON applications. The device consists of four main sub-units; The transmitter is integrated with 1270nm 10Gb/s DFB LD and 1310nm 1.25Gb/s DFB LD. The receiver is integrated with 10Gb/s 1577nm and 2.5Gb/s 1490nm APD-TIA. The device utilizes the optical filters for splitting the beam and enhancing the optical isolation.
Combo PON OLT BOSA
It is the RoHS compliant single-fiber optical subassembly which is designed for XGS-PON and G-PON applications. The device consists of four main sub-units; The transmitter is integrated with 1577nm 10Gb/s EML LD and 1490nm 2.5Gb/s DFB LD. The receiver is integrated with 10G/s 1270nm and 1.25G/s 1310nm burst-mode APD-TIA. The device utilizes the optical filters for splitting the beam and enhancing the optical isolation.
4GHz TOSA
It is 1550nm or 1310nm DFB laser diode module designed for fiber optic communication network. This module is transmitter optical sub-assembly(TOSA) with low threshold current and high performance at high temperature. It is a SC/APC pigtail type and metal integrated with laser welding.

25GPON ONU BOSA
It is the bi-directional optical subassembly (BOSA) devices designed for 25GS-PON ONU N2 Class. A 25Gbps burst mode DFB laser operated at 1286nm is used for transmitting digital upstream voice/data signal. An InGaAs APD-TIA is adopted for the reception of 25Gbps continuous mode down stream signal at 1358nm. The BOSA utilizes the optical filters for splitting the beam and enhancing the optical isolation.
