EZConn 10Gbps Bi-Directional Optical Sub-Assemblies (10G BOSAs) are the RoHS compliant, which are designed for bi-directional 10Gbps optical fiber network applications. The device consists of two main sub-units; a LD for transmitting 1.25/2.5/10 Gbps signal and a photo-diode (APD-TIA/PIN-TIA) for the receiving 10Gbps downstream signal. It operates under the industrial temperature range and also meets the requirement specified in ITU-T G984.5 standard.
